Born in Pingtung, Taiwan, the artist graduated from the University of Taipei’s Department of Visual Arts and obtained a Master's degree from the Graduate Institute of Plastic Arts at Tainan National University of the Arts. The work often employs video, found objects, and mixed-media installations as forms of expression. The creative approach is rooted in personal life experiences, focusing on the relationships between social environments and historical cultures, while also exploring the dynamic dialogues between individuals, spaces, objects, and memories.

In recent years, the artist has undertaken numerous residency programs on different islands, developing creative practices based on the concept of "observing the boundaries of islands." This perspective examines the relationships between people, the natural environment, and place. The artist seeks to replace the silenced subject with "silent objects" as a response to the local context, aiming to convey and narrate the traces of everyday life among common people, shaped by long-term coexistence with nature and the spatial textures imprinted by the changes of time and industrial development.
