劉鳳鴒(出生於台灣桃園)的藝術實踐以繡縫、繪畫、搓揉與裝置等複合手法開啟創作語境,表達由生命經驗開展與所處時空環境之間的思考與辯證。 
創作發軔於將修補的隱喻以視覺化的手法轉化為具體的意象,從解構中去重尋自我的秩序,以詩文、日常物作為載體,挑起針線開始修復工程。以不同視角在微觀世界進行切換,透過日記的輪廓去紀錄,日常中微小平凡卻蘊有耐人尋味的存在。在纖維脈絡下,不同線材與面材的磨合、針線穿縫時的種種打結、線絮糾纏等特質,皆誘發她在緩慢中去尋思每一次的解套,她認為這是難纏又迷人的創作過程。 
每個人都有銘刻自己生命的方式,劉鳳鴒以針腳織佇起線性交錯的表述,於時間內裡縫合想像與實踐。

Liu, Feng Ling (born in Taoyuan, Taiwan) uses a combination of techniques such as embroidery, painting, rubbing and installation to create a creative context, ex-pressing the thinking and dialectics between life experience and the time and space environment in which she lives.
The creation started from transforming the metaphor of repair into concrete images through visual methods, rediscovering the order of self from deconstruction, using poetry and daily objects as carriers to pick up needles and threads to start the repair project. Switching in the microscopic world from different perspectives, re-cording through the outline of a diary, the small and ordinary but intriguing existence in daily life. Under the fiber veins, the running-in of different wires and surface mate-rials, the various knots when sewing, the entanglement of threads, etc., all induce her to slowly think about each solution. She thinks this is a difficult and fascinating creative process.
Everyone has his or her own way of recording his or her own life. Liu, Feng Ling uses stitches to weave a linear and interlaced expression, stitching imagination and practice together within time.
