※The selected foreign artist must follow the latest terms and regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Taiwan Centers for Disease Control, Tainan City Government, and the Host Organization. If the project schedule can’t meet the requirement of Tsung-yeh’s exhibition schedule, Tsung-yeh is able to ask for the next waiting list of the artist.
